POONCH: The 20-day Volleyball Summer Camp organised by Shaheed DySP Manjit Singh Memorial Volleyball Club concluded at Government Degree College ground, here on Saturday.
In today, 45 young and budding players of the district attended the camp, which held under the banner of Volleyball Association Jammu and Kashmir (VAJK).
The DDC Vice Chairman, Mohd Ashfaaq was the Chief Guest, who highlighted the importance of coaching camps and told the participants about the days when he used to train under Mohd Tariq.
Former Sports Officer of the J&K Sports Council and Secretary Volleyball Association of Poonch, Krishan Lal Sharma; DYSSP Poonch, Mohd Qasim; Pradeep Khanna, Mohd Shoket, President Sarpanch Association Poonch; Mashook Ahmed and Ramiz Tariq (FIVB level 2 coach) were among the prominent persons present.
