STATE TIMES NEWS PALLANWALA: Army conducted a COVID awareness programme for youth of border villages at Govt High School, Milan Di Kui in Akhnoor Tehsil (J&K) to spread awareness on COVID-19. The occasion was fruitfully utilized by the Indian Army in creating awareness amongst the people in remote region regarding symptoms and protective measures to stem the tide of the pandemic. Student congregation at Govt High School, Milan Di Kui was addressed by the Indian Army Doctor on the subject of common symptoms, preventive measures and management of a COVID infected patients. “COVID appropriate behaviour should be followed and vaccines reduce the chance of severe infection”, the Indian Army Doctor informed the gathering. The children, parents and teachers who participated in the awareness programme thanked the authorities for this initiative.
