The fall of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) regime and the formation of a new government, presumably headed by BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis, is likely to have a bearing on the disqualification notices issued to the rebel MLAs, say experts. A new government would appoint a new speaker, which in turn may shape the course of events.
