Udhampur: A meeting of JK Technical Employees Federation (JKTEF) Power Development Department District Udhampur was held under the Presidency of H.D Singh Provincial President Jammu in which all prominent members from all districts of jammu Provence participated in the meeting. In the meeting affairs of the federation have been discussed including burning issues like issuance of seniority list of technician IIIrd vide circular NoCEJ/DPC/TechIII/A-35/954-87 Dated:13-08-2022 in which the lein has not been Mantained as per SSRB marit,and also the district carder employees has been clubbed in province carder,24 years stagnation of Tech-III incumbents in the birth grade as well as brief note regarding amendment of SRO 381 of 1981,issued by Adl. Secretary to the Govt. PDD circulated vide his Letter No. PDD-NG/165/2021-05- PDD, Dated; 17-01-2022 were main agenda of the meeting.
In the meeting it was unanimously decided that the Federation will continue their struggle in future for resolution of their pending issues with power development, However, an appeal was also made to Power administration that utilize efforts to but the fierce pertaining to stagnation and amendment of SRO-381 on fast track . Also all members expressed their displeasure regarding the seniority list of tech IIIrd issued by office of the Chief Engineer JPDCL where all the service rules were neglected and after submitting repeated objections filed time to time were not considered once again during the issuance of circular. Every employees have their lain for their seniority issued by the appointed authority at the time of their appointment and the technician IIIrd in their basic order that their seniority shall be mentioned as per SSRB marit in their cadre. All the participants in the meeting requested Principal Secretary to Govt Power Development to intervene the issue personally.
