Sham compliments organisers for holding camp

JAMMU: To mark centenary celebrations of Late Dr Uttam Chand Shastri, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science & Technology Jammu, Central Sanskrit University, Ranveer Campus, Jammu and Choodamani Sanskrit Sansthan Basohli, under patronage of Shri Kailakh Astrology and Vedic Sansthan Trust, Jammu and on behalf of Mahavir Seva Sadan and Abha Bagrodia Charitable Trust Kolkata, would hold an artificial limbs and calipers distribution camp at Baba Jitto Bhawan, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology, Jammu on September 16, 2022. It was informed by former minister Sham Lal Sharma on Wednesday. He informed that Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha along with Shankaracharya Adhokshjan and Devtirt Maharaj will distribute free artificial limbs and calipers among beneficiaries.
“The camp will start on 11 AM on September 16, 2022,” he added.
Sham Lal also complemented the team for organizing camp for benefit of differently abled and patients having eye issues. He further said that the message should be conveyed to every nook and corner of Jammu and Kashmir so that maximum number of needy persons can avail benefit of the same.
Other prominent persons and dignitaries like Vice Chancellor SKUAST Jammu, Prof J P Sharma, Mahant Rohit Shastri, Ankush Sharma, Chetan Wanchoo, Dr Sanjay Sharma, Deepak Gupta, Prof Sharad Chander Sharma, Parbodh Sharma, and Dr Anil will also attend the camp.
