Aaftab Amin Poonawalla, accused of killing his live-in partner, Shraddha Walkar, and chopping her body into many pieces, told a Delhi court on Tuesday that it had all happened “in the heat of the moment”. Forensic officials on Tuesday conducted a range of preliminary tests, which are required before a polygraph examination, on Aaftab Poonawala. They will conduct a lie-detector examination on him on Wednesday as he was found fit to undergo the same.
