Rajan Puri Charitable Dispensary organizes eye camp

JAMMU, Nov 29: Rajan Puri Charitable Dispensary here today organized a free eye camp in collaboration with Freedom Fighters Memorial Association (FFMA) at Vinayak Bazar.
The camp was inaugurated by the chief guest, Rajinder Sharma, JMC Mayor.
More than 500 people visited the camp and availed free eye checkup by specialists from Medical College, Jammu.
Members of FFMA who provided their services in the Camp included Ravinder Mittal, Karnail Singh and others.
In her address, Dr. Jugal Puri, President of Rajan Puri Charitable Dispensary reminded that the Dispensary was established in the year 1987 purely for charitable purpose and it provides free consultation and medicines to patients as majority of patients belong to below poverty line and weaker sections of the society.
She thanked T.R Gupta for his service in the form of heavy donations to the dispensary and expressed gratitude to Dr. Satish Gupta.
Jitender Bhardwaj, Secretary of the Dispensary in his address highlighted demands of the Dispensary.
Rajiv Mahajan, FFMA Chairman also spoke on the occasion.
JMC Councillor, Amit Gupta; S.S Bhalwal, president, FFMA; Karnail Chand Thakur, general secretary; Pritam Sharma and Gharu Ram-vice presidents; Prabhat Kapahi, office secretary; Shubham Abrol and others were also present on the occasion.
