JAMMU: Dr. Piyush Singla IAS officer of 2012 batch from J&K cadre, presently AGMUT cadre, has been posted as Administrative Secretary Revenue, J&K. Following his illustrious service record and administrative acumen, Dr Singla has been rewarded with his most challenging and important top post in Revenue, when the J&K UT administration is on a massive anti encroachment drive to retrieve lakhs of kanals of the State land under the occupation of influential political leaders and bureaucrats in J&K.Dr Singla has served as Admn Secy,GAD, Principal Private Secretary to Lieutenant Governor, District Development Commissioner, Udhampur. Prior to this, he has also served in important positions like ADC Jammu , Additional CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal in North Kashmir. Dr. Piyush is also winner of Excellence Award 2021, National e- Governance Award for Project SAKOON and National Water Award 19-20
