JAMMU: Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court who has been transferred to High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will take oath on May 10, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Srinagar. It is worthwhile to mention here that on April 27, 2023 the notification issued by Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, has transferred Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, as a Judge of High Court of J&K and Ladakh with the direction to assume charge of his office in J&K and Ladakh High Court.
