JAMMU: Friendship Day is an occasion that calls for celebrating the presence of friends in our life. Jakiians of class 2nd of JK Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi celebrated the day with much love and fervour.
Students talked about importance of friends in life. They discussed the value of “sharing is caring”.
Jakiians enacted a skit and highlighted, “We are surrounded with friends of different age groups, backgrounds, cultures, and personalities. We support, encourage, and treasure our friends. They are important for our health and happiness.”
The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi Suman Banbah, “Friends are very important for both our physical and mental health at all stages in life. They are the Sunshine of life.”
The Principal awarded Satyam Atri of class 2nd for compeering the programme flawlessly and Shivaay Gupta for reciting a beautiful poem confidently.
