NOWSHERA, Sept 14: A minor girl student died after she slipped down from a school bus in Nowshera area of Rajouri district today.

Reports said six-year -old girl identified as Mahi Harsh, daughter of Parshotam Lal, resident of Jhangar died after slipping from a school bus in Nowshera. As she slipped from the bus her head hit the road and she sustained serious head injury. The girl was taken to hospital at Nowshera where she was declared as dead. The deceased was UKG student.
SHO Nowshera, Manpreet Singh said that police has registered a case under FIR No 204/2023 u/s 279/304-A, in this connection.
