Bahujan Samaj Party MP Danish Ali has petitioned Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla over the abusive remarks used by BJP member Ramesh Bidhuri against him. In his letter to the Speaker, Ali said it is most unfortunate that the incident has happened in the new Parliament building . The BSP MP has demanded that the matter be referred to the privileges committee. With the opposition parties demanding action against Bidhuri, the BJP has issued a show-cause notice to its member.
