An elderly couple were left stranded at Istanbul Airport for 24 hours after IndiGo failed to put them on their connecting flight to India. The couple, who have medical conditions and are vegetarians, were not provided with any assistance or communication by the airline. They spent the entire duration on chairs at the airport with limited food and drink.
