Ukraine’s top general, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, refused to step down as commander-in-chief of the armed forces in a meeting with President Zelenskiy. Zaluzhnyi emphasized the need for a new philosophy of training and warfare, including supremacy in unmanned systems, to cope with limited resources.
