CHANDIGARH, Feb 3: Punjab Governor and UT Chandigarh Administrator Banwarilal Purohit tendered his resignation to President citing personal reasons
Official sources in the Punjab Raj Bhawan told The Tribune that the Governor had met President Droupadi Murmu on Friday and expressed his desire to resign from the post of Punjab Governorand Administrator of Chandigarh Administration. Following this, the resignation was sent on Saturday.
