In the 2018 assembly polls, TRS won 88 out of 119 seats, while BJP lost deposits in over 100 constituencies and Congress only won 19 seats. However, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP won four seats and Congress won three, while TRS only won nine Lok Sabha seats.
