LEH, Feb 26: The Union Territory administration in Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of 9 officers besides assigning additional charges to 4 officers and designating two Deputy Secretaries as the Additional Secretaries.
As per an order, Ghulam Mohammad, Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Leh, thereby, relieving the Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Election, Ladakh of the additional charge of the post, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Wani, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kargil, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Leh, with the additional charge of District Programme Officer, ICDS, Leh.
It has been further ordered that Suhail Ahmed, SDM Khaltsi, has been transferred and posted as ADC Kargil while Kaneez Fatima, Tehsildar Khalsti, has been assigned the look after charge of SDM Khalsti, in addition to her own duties till further order.
Padma Angmo, District Panchayat Officer (DPO) Kargil has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Kargil. She shall continue to hold the additional charge of DSWO Kargil, ordered the Government. Rehmatullah Bhat, Functional Manager, DIC Kargil, has been assigned the additional charge of District Panchayat Officer (DPO) Kargil in addition to his duties till further orders.
It added that AG Zargar, SDM Shakar Chiktan, Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Leh, thereby reliving Inzar Rana, ARTO Leh of the additional charge of the post. Sanjat Bhardwaj, Tehsildar, Shakar Chiktan, has been assigned the look after charge of SDM Shakar Chiktan in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Gurmet Nagial, look after SDM Kharu, Leh, has been transferred and posted as look after SDM Sankoo, Kargil, Sonam Dorjey, Tehsildar Kharu, has been assigned the look after charge of SDM Kharu, in addition to his own duties till further orders, said the order.
Additionally it has been ordered that Junaid Amin Bhat, District Panchayat Officer (DPO) Leh shall hold the additional charge of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Leh, in addition to his duties till further orders, Kacho Ali Asgar Khan, Tehsildar Nyoma, has been assigned the look after charge of SDM Nyoma in addition to his own duties till further orders, and Mohammad Sharief, Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Kargil shall hold the additional charge of Deputy District Election Officer, Kargil, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Another order said that consequent upon the promotion of time scale JKAS officers to the Selection Grade of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 12 and with the approval of the competent authority, Deputy Secretaries Rigzin Spalgon and Swarn Singh have been appointed as Additional Secretaries at their present place of postings.
