ONE SUMMER EVENING
One summer evening sitting alone on this sea shore
Sweet memories of you suddenly I started to adore,
Watching those crashing waves dancing up and down
From the pain I have suffered feels like I want to drown;
The beauty of this sea reminds me only of you
But no one really knows what lies beneath this blue,
You always stay in my heart no matter where I go
Like a blood through my veins you constantly flow;
What thoughts went through your mind
causing to leave
What emotions crossed our loves path
making me to grieve,
Everything I thought was Perfect as an angel’s heart
I saw those sleepless nights since you decided to depart;
This loneliness of sea encourages me to write a rhyme
And Loving you was my only first and last crime,
Still confused and wonder where did our love lost its way
I sit and watch those crashing waves alone on this summer’s day.

The Ganga
Like flowing forth from the scriptures holy,
The high mountain glaciers of Gangotri;
Or shooting down from the heavens above,
Steadily gaining the momentum so,
Landing in his matted entanglement
To tame her swiftness Shiva omnipotent
Lest.. should the beautiful earth inundate
And thereby the sacred purpose frustrate:
Dip an earthly and emerge a divine;
It’s the Ganga leaping splashing benign..!

EVENT CHRONICLES
The event for which we all admired,
Was cancelled because the God transpired.
Everyone’s feeling was hurt, especially of mine,
Self-supporting like all is well, I am fine.
Plan was not successful according to the plot,
It was cancelled with a disturbing thought.
The two situations seem alike,
Just like rain flooding the kite festival type.
No idea if the rain was muddying,
Or if my eyes were flooding.
Heart was broken,
Unexpressed dreams were depressed, unspoken.
All preparations seemed unrooted from depth,
Hidden talent remained unexplored with death.
The situation seemed untrue,
Maybe through God, there might be some benifit in this abandonment too.
