NEW DELHI, July 2: A Delhi court on Tuesday allowed the plea filed by Baramulla Member of Parliament (MP) Engineer Rashid to take oath as an MP under custody parole.
Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Chander Jit Singh of the Patiala House Courts passed the order.
The order was passed after National Investigation Agency (NIA) gave its consent.
Rashid will be taken to the parliament on July 5 for two hours to take oath.
