STATE TIMES NEWS

NEW DELHI: Tarun Chugh, National Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party, on Monday welcomed the implementation of three new laws, saying with this the cases will be settled in a time bound manner.
Talking to media persons, Chugh said that the three laws will bring speed in the justice system along with ample use of modern technology, and making electronic evidence part of the law will make it easier to settle cases quickly. If the specified time limit in the law is applied for the same purpose for which the law is brought, then cases will certainly be settled quickly, he added.
Responding sharply to Congress’s rhetoric on the new laws, Chugh said that even today the Congress party is obsessed with slavery mentality. The Congress has not come out of the British, British and British thinking, he said.
Chugh said that what Congress should have done in the last 70 years, it should have changed the Indian Penal Code made of foreign slavery mentality, The Congress did not make such an attempt and now the Modi government has taken the lead, he added.
