The evidence, including 100 such mutations found at a Revenue official’s house, reveals the magnitude of this scandal. This land was not intended for sale, yet it was sold off, yielding substantial profits for the corrupt officials and politicians involved. This has eroded the public’s trust in Government institutions. The potential incorporation of influential names in the FIR highlights the necessity of stringent action against such malpractices. The administration has to ensure that those found guilty are held accountable and stringent disciplinary actions are taken.
