JKSA selects team to represent J&K at 77th Senior National Aquatic Championship 2024

JAMMU: The Jammu & Kashmir Swimming Association (JKSA) conducted trials at the Jodhamal Public School swimming complex in Deeli. The event saw participation from various organizations, including the J&K Police, and attracted over a hundred swimmers from across the Jammu and Kashmir UT.
From the pool of participants, a team of ten swimmers was selected-five men and five women-to represent J&K at the 77th Senior National Aquatic Championships 2024. This prestigious event is scheduled to take place from September 10 to 13, 2024, at the International Swimming Complex in Yemmekere, Mangalore, Karnataka. The championships will be organized by the Karnataka Swimming Association under the auspices of the Swimming Federation of India.
The selection process was monitored by coaches from various swimming pools and police organizations to ensure fairness and accuracy.
President Ramandeep Singh Soodan and General Secretary Bharat Kumar Sharma were present throughout the trials to oversee the selection and ensure that the process ran smoothly.
