REASI, Sept 20: Swift action by the Cyber Cell of Reasi Police made to recover whole money back to the victims, who were defrauded of Rs 1,63,600 and Rs 99, 600 through an investing platform link named (service.runlve.ai).
District Police Reasi has reiterated its appeal to the general public to remain vigilant and not share their credentials online/offline with anyone, not to click unknown links and fall prey to lucrative returns through investments, work from home offers.
People should promptly report any suspicious online activity to the National Cybercrime Helpline Number 1930 or call Reasi Cyber Cell Helpline Number 7051003220, Police said and also encouraged citizens to lodge complaints online at www.cybercrime.gov.in and www.ceir.gov.in for lost or stolen mobile phones.
