Sadhotra intensifies campaign, urges people to end BJP’s misrule

JAMMU, Sept 23: Senior NC leader and joint candidate of NC-Congress alliance from Jammu North Assembly seat, Ajay Kumar Sadhotra here today conducted door-to-door campaign in Muthi, Roop Nagar and Janipur areas.
Sadhotra interacted with the locals and shared key points of NC’s manifesto.
He urged the people to exercise the power of their vote to put an end to the misrule unleashed by BJP during the last one decade.
Sadhotra talked about his party’s commitment to restore Statehood to J&K and highlighted various public welfare initiatives including the promise to provide 200 units of free electricity, removing smart meters and ensuring free drinking water in both towns and villages.
He also focused on the removal of toll tax barriers within 10-kilometer radius from the city along with a review of illegal toll plazas and improvement in public transportation.
Sadhotra emphasized a pro-business stance, promising land reforms and support for small businesses and start-ups with plans to introduce new industries under new industrial policy.
He promised to open new degree colleges in remote areas and pledged medical reforms, road infrastructure development and targeted support for marginalized sections including tribal, backward classes and economically weaker sections.
