SRINAGAR, Nov 18: The 17th Kashmir Bodybuilding Championship, along with the 7th Men’s Physique Sports Championship, concluded at Tagore Hall, here today. The event, organized by the District Srinagar Bodybuilding Association under the patronage of the Bodybuilding Association of J&K (BBAJK) and J&K Sports Council, saw participation from over 100 athletes from districts across Jammu and Kashmir.
The Championship was graced by distinguished guests, including Tanveer Sadiq, who served as the chief guest, along with Rajesh Dutta, president of BBAJK, and Feroz Shah, General Secretary of the Kashmir Bodybuilding Association. Rajesh Dutta lauded the enthusiastic participation of the players and urged them to spread the message of combating drug abuse and promoting fitness in the community.
The event was judged by renowned figures in Bodybuilding, including Sanjay Bali, Sajad Khan and Azhar. The successful conclusion of the Championship highlighted the talent and dedication of the athletes, further promoting the sport of Bodybuilding in the region.
