JAMMU, Nov 20: In a significant push towards fulfilling his commitment to holistic development, Yudhvir Sethi, MLA East constituency, inaugurated the construction and renovation of lanes, drains, and tiling works in Ward 3. The project, estimated at Rs 37 lakh, aims to address long-pending civic issues and enhance the infrastructure in the constituency.
The event witnessed active participation from prominent officials and leaders, including Executive Engineer, Suraj Parkesh, JEE Mukesh, Mandal president Parveen Kerni, and former Corporator Narottam Sharma. Several prominent citizens, including Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Rajesh Nischal, Rajinder Gupta, and Dhan Swaroop, were also present. The event was further graced by the presence of community leaders and residents like Dr. Sanjeev Verma, Anuradha Sharma, Ram Lubhaya, Vidhya Gupta, Saroj Gupta, Anita Sharma, Pawan Sharma, Naveen Gupta, Sunil Khajuria, Bindu Kumari, Sushama Devi, Pooja Khajuria, Sanjana Verma, and Geeta Devi.
Addressing a gathering, Yudhvir Sethi reaffirmed his dedication to transforming East Constituency into a model constituency. “Our mission is to ensure that no lane is left unattended and every corner of the constituency witnesses progress. These works are a step towards achieving that vision,” he said.
Expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support from the community, Yudhvir said, “Development is not just a responsibility but a collective effort. I assure every resident of East Constituency that their voices will be heard, and every single lane will be upgraded to meet the needs of a modern city.”
The Ward residents lauded the initiative, expressing hope for continued development in the constituency under Yudhvir Sethi’s leadership.
The MLA reiterated his commitment to prioritizing public welfare projects and vowed to work relentlessly to bring more such development schemes to fruition.
