Keshav Chopra organizes free health check-up camp at Gole Gujral

JAMMU, Nov 29: Samvedna Society Chairman Keshav Chopra organized 89th free eye screening/general health check up camp at Government Higher Secondary School, Gole Gujral.
The Camp was organized in collaboration with K D Multispeciality Hospital Jammu headed by Dr J P Singh. The Camp was inaugurated by MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta. Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said that NGOs like Samvedna are doing commendable work in providing best medical treatment to the common man at their doorstep.
Keshav Chopra said that this initiative aimed to provide accessible eye care and general health services to the people and we are committed for the overall upliftment of the living standard of the locals.
A total of 116 patients were provided free of cost treatment including Refraction, NCT, AR check up, vision check up by an expert team of doctors. Free blood sugar, Blood pressure tests were also done besides providing free medicines to the patients.
Ex-Deputy Mayor Dharamveer Singh Jamwal, Principal Archna Bakshi, Jaideep Samyal, ex Sarpanch Pritipal Singh Raju, ex Sarpanch Rajkumar Sharma, Chaman Lal, Dr Sakshi Sharma (MS Eye), Dr Bhavuk Kapoor (Neurosurgeon), Dr Adil (Physician), Gurmeet Kalsi, Tanisha, Kajal, Naresh, Ankur, Manoj Tandon, Rahul Nargotra, Geeta Sodhi, Anil Rakwal, Ranju Vaid, Ashish, Vikas Kumar, Harvinder Singh, Sony Sharma, Sushil Gupta and Sourav Gupta were also present during the camp.
