JAMMU: 33rd Union Territory Level Security Committee Meeting (UTLSC) for the UT of J&K was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department of UT of Jammu & Kashmir and under the aegis of Chandrashekhar Azad, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, UT of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The meeting was attended by Anand Jain, ADGP Jammu; Dr. Sunil Gupta IGP, JKP Crime, Jammu; Liaqat Ali, SSP, Kashmir; Manoj Kumar Yadav, Assistant Commandant, CISF, Jammu Airport; Ravindra Kumar Gupta, DGM, SBI; Rafi Ahmed Mir, DGM, J&K Bank and Vibha Gupta, DGM, RBI along with the senior officials of Government Departments, Controlling heads of Commercial Banks, BSNL, Airport Authority and Air India. The forum discussed issues pertaining to security movement of treasure and guarding arrangements at Currency Chests, renewal of gun licenses, use of Cassettes swaps in ATMs by the banks, frisking of staff, functioning of security gadgets, attacks/ thefts in ATMs, training regarding detection of FICNs, etc.
