UDHAMPUR, Dec 15: Udhampur Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 5.83 grams of heroin from his possession, here today
Police team from PS Udhampur, led by SHO Raghubir Singh, apprehended the accused person from Bharat Nagar – Subash Stadium Road when he was trying to flee along with his Scooty.
On frisking, 5.83 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from his possession following which Police arrested him. His identity was established as Nittan Kumar, son of Baldev Raj of Gole Mela Udhampur.
A case vide FIR number 504/2024 U/S 8/21/22/ NDPS Act has been registered in this connection at Police Station Udhampur.
