Eat healthy food everyday.

Developing healthy eating habits early in life can set the stage for a lifetime of good health. It is equally important to eat meals at regular times, drink plenty of water, and avoid skipping breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it kick-starts your metabolism and provides the energy needed to perform well in school”.
“Let’s also remember to eat mindfully. This means paying attention to what we eat, chewing slowly, and appreciating the flavors of the food. Avoid distractions like mobile phones or TV during meals; instead, enjoy your food with your family or friends. Limit fast food and fizzy drinks to stay healthy and fit. These small changes can make a big difference over time”, he concluded.
