Raffa Boules camp held at APS

UDHAMPUR, Dec 19: The Reffa Boules India Federation hosted a vibrant Boules Sports Camp at Army Public School (APS) Dhar Road, Udhampur, today, bringing excitement to students and staff. The event aimed to introduce the strategic and precision-based ball game of Boules, encouraging active participation from the school community, including teachers, students and management.
Dr Jyoti Badyal, the school’s principal, took an active role in the event, showcasing both interest and skill. She thanked Sunny Nanda, the General Secretary of the Reffa Boules India Federation, for organizing the camp and expressed her enthusiasm about integrating the sport into the school’s activities.
A school official emphasized the benefits of sports like Boules, stating that they help in developing physical fitness, teamwork, and focus. The APS Dhar Road management also appreciated the initiative, which enhances students’ overall development.
The Reffa Boules India Federation plans to continue its efforts to promote Boules across schools nationwide, aiming to foster greater youth participation in the sport.
