Bajaj Auto launches Chetak 35 Series electric scooter

JAMMU, Dec 27: Bajaj Auto today launched the 35 Series of the Chetak electric scooter, here today.
The new electric scooter was launched at a starting price of Rs 1,20,000 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
The Chetak 35 Series has been introduced in three variants, 3501, 3502 and 3503. The company has made several changes to the Chetak 35 Series, in terms of safety and technology.
To begin with, the 3501 variant is priced at Rs 1,27,243 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru), while the 3502 variant is available for Rs 1,20,000 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
Speaking on the occasion, Eric Vas, President, Urbanite Business Unit, Bajaj Auto Ltd, said, “The Chetak ’35 Series’ represents our continued momentum in the electric two-wheeler market, where we’ve solidified our leadership position in the recent months till date. The 3501 variant comes with a TFT touchscreen. With the TecPac, you can store documents like insurance, licence and RC digitally in the electric scooter’s instrument cluster and even accept/reject calls. An exclusive key fob allows users to locate the scooter even in crowded places.
The new model comes with a host of features such as full navigation screen, digital document storage, music player Bluetooth for phone, speed lock setting theft alert etc.
The 3501 variant is available in five colour options — Brooklyn Black, Pista Green, Hazel Nut, Indigo Metallic Blue and Matte Red.
On the other hand, the 3502 variant has four paint schemes — Indigo Metallic, Brooklyn Black, Moon White and Matte Coarse Grey.
