JAMMU, Jan 5: A large number of people today visited at the 11th Building Material Exhibition (BME-25), which is being held at Marble Market in Jammu.
The latest building materials from all over the country are displayed at various stalls set up under one roof in the exhibition. People associated with construction thronged the venue enthusiastically.
In this regard, Ch Vikram Randhawa, the MLA of Bahu constituency and Chander Prakash Ganga, MLA of Vijaypur constituency today visited the exhibition.
The day also witnessed very innovative and creative works done by students of Architecture and technical presentations by different companies.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikas Dubey, Chairman of Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) said that the valedictory function of the exhibition will be held on 6th Jan 2025, in which Jugal Kishore Sharma MP of Jammu constituency will be the chief guest for the event.
The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) J&K Chapter is functioning with a dedicated team including Vishal Abrol, Anil Verma, Harbinder Pal Singh and Sanjeev Mahajan.
