UDHAMPUR, Jan 20: Locals of the Krimchi are demanding repair of the main gate in the school and shifting drain from the central place of the Government High Secondary School Krimchi.
They have appealed to the District Administration and Education Department to take necessary action at the earliest.
“During rains, the drain overflows and rain water enters the class room. It should be shifted from the centre of the school besides covering it with concrete slab,” said the villagers.
They also demanded repair of main entrance gate of the Government Higher Secondary School Krimchi, which is almost 90 years old but lacks even basic infrastructure. “In 90 year, there has been only development that it was upgraded from Primary School to Middle School to Higher Secondary School,” they said.
