JAMMU, Jan 30: The Government today ordered promotion of two officers.
Majad Jhangir, a member of J&K Rural Development (G) Service has been promoted to the Time Scale of the Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Service with effect from 1.1.2018 on regular basis i.e. the date his junior, namely Mir Nasrool Hilal Jeri, has been inducted to the Time Scale of JKAS.

Mohammad Usman Khan has also been promoted to the Selection Grade of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service notionally w.e.f 05-06-2024 i.e. the date when he was earlier assessed by the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee and monetarily from 05-12-2024.
