JAMMU, Feb 9: Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K president, Manish Sahni has claimed that the Government led by Omar Abdullah in J&K has now softened its stand on Statehood and special privileges to J&K.
In a press conference here today Sahni said that the Omar led Government is avoiding confrontation on the promises of free electricity, drinking water, Minimum Wages Act, employment, regularization of daily wagers, women empowerment etc.
He said that turning away from public issues and promises and getting close to BJP will prove fatal for the political future of NC.
“No concrete efforts are visible on the ground from the Centre side and also from Omar led Government regarding the safe return of Kashmiri Pandits to the Valley,” the Shiv Sena leader maintained.
