LEH, Feb 14: Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson, LAHDC Leh here today chaired a meeting of the Council Secretariat to review the works under District Capex Budget for 2024-25 in the presence of CPO Tsewang Gyalson.
The meeting was attended by District Superintending Engineer of PWD, Superintending Engineer PHE/I&FC, Superintending Engineer PDD, Executive Engineers from Mechanical Division Leh, R&B Division Leh, Construction Division Leh, I&FC Leh, PHE Leh, Igoo Phey Leh, SSD Khaltsi, SSD Nyoma, SSD Nubra, Electric Division Leh, STD Leh, LDA Leh, and REW RDD Leh.
During meeting, CEC conducted a thorough review of the progress on ongoing projects, departmental expenditures and financial liabilities.
The discussions focused on ensuring that projects are completed on time, resources are managed properly, and financial oversight is maintained to ensure optimal use of allocated funds.
The CEC also instructed the departments to prepare for the inauguration of several projects in upcoming months.
The meeting aimed to ensure that all departments are aligned in their objectives and are on track to meet the targets set for the District Capex Budget.
