The certification is an acclaimed benchmark determining workplace culture excellence and acknowledges NHPC’s unwavering commitment towards nurturing a culture with high emphasis upon trust, respect, dignity, inclusivity, recognition and appreciation for its employees.
NHPC has come up with overwhelming positive employee experience despite numerous challenges and diversities in terms of geographical areas, languages, culture, local traditions, caste, religion etc but united with an aim of accomplishing the company goals and serving the Nation with pride and honour.
More than 91% of the employees participated in the Survey which also bear testimony of above.
