PoJK DPs have high hopes from Delhi CM Rekha, Sirsa: Forum

JAMMU, Feb 20: All J&K 1947 PoJK Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum has said that displaced people from J&K living here have high hopes from the new BJP Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Cabinet Minister Sirsa
Forum convened a meeting of its core committee members under the leadership of Amrik Singh and joined by Surjit Singh secretary, along with other prominent members of the Forum.
During the meeting Forum welcomed the formation of BJP Govt in Delhi led by Rekha Gupta.
The Forum expressed that the double- engine Sarkar with the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi must boost the development of the capital city.
The Forum also expressed gratitude to the PM Modi for inducting Manjinder Singh Sirsa as Cabinet Minister who will represent the Sikh community as well as to the Displaced Persons of 1947 from PoJK.
The Forum further said that Manjinder Singh Sirsa is already well aware of J&K UT PoJK Sharnarthis problems because he has already visited J&K and addressed the Sharnarthi rallies and also taken up the DPs issues with Central and State Govts.
The president of the Forum while congratulating Sirsa as Minister of Delhi Govt, hoped that he will bring some fruitful news for J&K Dislpaced Persons and their long pending demands will be fulfilled under his dynamic leadership.
The meeting was also attended by Kuldeep Singh vice president, Nasib Singh, H.S Sudan, Prof K.D Singh, Paramjit Singh, Sucha Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Jagjit Singh, Manjit Singh Gurdeep Singh Ripal, Bhajan Singh and others.
