SRINAGAR, Feb 21: Srinagar Police has attached the property of a drug peddler, which comprises of movable assets in the form of vehicle, valued at approximately ₹1.5 lakhs.
The vehicle was acquired through the sale of illicit drugs and substances by drug peddler namely Javid Ahmad Wani son of Ali Mohammad resident of Gasoo Hazratbal who is involved in case FIR No. 27/24 U/S 8/20,21 NDPS of P/S Zakoora.
The property was seized under the provisions of section 68 F of the NDPS Act with confirmation from the administrator and competent authority SAFEMA (Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators- Forfeiture of Property Act), New Delhi.
