JAMMU, Mar 2: J&K Bank (JKB) Retired Employees Welfare Association, Jammu, organized a free full-body health checkup camp for its retired employees and their spouses today. The camp was held at the Association’s office on Camp Gole Gujral Road, near Jaswant Plaza, in collaboration with Atulya Diagnostic Lab.
The health camp, which commenced at 7:30 AM, witnessed the participation of over 250 members. A proficient medical team conducted comprehensive health examinations covering 58 vital parameters, including the PSA test. This initiative, organized for the fourth time, received an enthusiastic response similar to previous editions.
The Association bore all expenses, ensuring the checkups were offered free of cost to the participants. Refreshments were also provided, considering the fasting requirements for the tests.
The event was organized under the guidance of key members, including Mohinder Singh (president), Sardar Iqbal Singh (working president), R K Bhan (general secretary), Chander Hass (working general secretary), P P Gupta (vice president), V D Dogra (vice president), Ved Gupta (treasurer), Arun Kumar Gupta (secretary), Yogesh Thappar (secretary), Pawan Mahajan and other core committee members.
