JAMMU, Mar 11: A book entitled in Dino Satsai by Dr Ashok Kumar was released in a function held here today.
The book was released by Yuya Hindi Lekhak Sangh.
Prof Neelam Saraf presided over the programme, while Prof Raj Kumar was the chief guest.
The book has been written along the line of Indian culture was the opinion of Prof Neelam Saraf.
The beauty of nature as depicted in the book was adjudged by Prof Raj Kumar.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Parshotam Kumar said couplets presented a tread of new dimensions.
Dr Nirmal Vinod outlined the objectives of the book.
Dr Baljit Raina and Dr Pawan Khajuria gave account of the legal and economic aspects as underscored in the book.
In the context of social concerns, Maharaj Krishan Santoshi and Kalpana Jasrotia dealt with Dalit Vimarsh and Nari Vimarsh respectively.
Dr Raj Kumar Behrujia tested the poetry in the context of music, personal pains and passions.
Sheikh Mohd Kalyan threw light on the couplet weaving national and international relations.
Naresh Sharma and Vanika talked about marginal social class in the society and modernity.
Sheikh Mohd Kalyan presented the vote of thanks.
