JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court on Monday ordered swapping of Special Judge, NDPS, Jammu and Presiding Officer Fast Track Court (POCSO).
According to the order issued by Shahzad Azeem Registrar General J&K and Ladakh High Court that in the interest of administration, Sunil Sangra, Special Judge, NDPS, Jammu and Yash Pal Sharma, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court (POCSO), Jammu shall swap their respective place of postings with the explicit condition that they shall handover/takeover the charge of their respective courts.
