JAMMU, Apr 7: Model Academy, a prestigious school of MIER, organized an insightful workshop for its teachers on “Team Building & Smart Education,” led by expert trainer and CBSE resource person Dr. Renu Gupta.
The session focused on fostering teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills among teachers. Divya Rathore, Incharge Training, welcomed the participants and highlighted the workshop’s objective of enhancing collaboration within the teaching community. She emphasized the importance of team-building activities in improving communication, leadership, adaptability and trust among educators, leading to professional growth.
Dr. Gupta spoke on the role of smart education, detailing how AI, interactive tools, and data analytics personalize learning and promote self-paced progress. She noted that combining team building with smart education cultivates critical thinking and problem-solving, which are essential for preparing students for the future. Dr. Gupta also stressed the importance of emotional well-being for students and how a supportive environment among teachers positively impacts learning outcomes.
The session included a Q&A segment, where participants shared their experiences and asked questions. Pramod Kumar Srivastava, Principal, Model Academy, emphasized the significance of teamwork and smart education in creating a dynamic learning environment. Rupa Gupta, Joint Director, commended the workshop for promoting collaboration and the use of technology in education.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Prince Sharma, Academic Incharge and Middle Wing, followed by the felicitation of the resource person.
