JAMMU, Apr 17: Jammu and Kashmir BJP president, Sat Sharma CA, along with Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, BJP general secretary and MLA Ramgarh and DDC Member, Sarabjit Singh Johal, inaugurated two key public amenities in the village Chak Salaria.
In two separate functions, Sat Sharma who was the chief guest, inaugurated Community Rooms in Chak Salaria for the convenience of the public to serve as a shared space for villagers to host gatherings, cultural events, and essential community functions. He also inaugurated a Community Sanitary Complex within the premises of Subedar Lal Singh Memorial Government Middle School, Chak Salaria, to benefit the students in particular.
The funds for community rooms and Community Sanitary Complex were provided by DDC Member, Sarabjit Singh Johal.
Speaking on the occasions, Sat Sharma highlighted the importance of public infrastructure in rural areas. He said that the development of community infrastructure is essential for empowering villages and enhancing the quality of life of people there. The community rooms will become a hub for social unity, while the sanitary complex will contribute to better hygiene and public health. He said that the provision of these facilities marks another step toward rural progress and reflects the commitment of public representatives to ensure that the growth reaches the grassroots level.
Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal said that access to clean sanitation is not a luxury but a fundamental right. The new Community Sanitary Complex will improve hygiene, especially for school children and women, and will promote awareness about cleanliness and public health. He applauded the efforts of local DDC member for ensuring timely execution of the projects.
Sarabjit Singh Johal said that it is a proud day for Chak Salaria. The villagers have long needed such facilities. These developments reflect what we can achieve with collective effort and dedication to community welfare, he said.
BJP Samba district Seh-Prabhari, Munish Khajuria, Ramgarh Mandal president, Nancy Choudhary, former Mandal president, Shiv Kumar Choudhary, Mandal general secretary, Sunil Choudhary, senior leader, Saudagar Mal and others attended the inauguration functions.
