UDHAMPUR, May 6: An 18- year old youth allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with a country made gun at village Thial in Majalta.
According to the police report, Ayush (18), son of Chanchal, resident of Thial Majalta, sustained fatal gunshot injuries under mysterious circumstances and died on the spot.
On being informed, SHO Majalta Sohan Singh rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to PHC Majalta.
The reasons for the suicide were not yet known while Police have registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
