JAMMU, May 9: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed senior IAS officer Shaleen Kabra as the official spokesperson of the Union Territory.

“It is hereby ordered that Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, shall be the official spokesperson for the UT of Jammu and Kashmir,” read an order issued by M Raju, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
