JAMMU, Nov 29: Sham Lal Sharma, MLA visited “Sankat Mochan Panch Mukhi Shree Hanuman Mandir Bhawan” situated at B.C. Road, Jammu today.
President of the Trust, Pawan Kumar Shastri welcomed Sharma. During his visit, he performed Puja Archana of Lord Hanuman Shastri apprised Sharma about the day-to-day activities functioning/programmes being organised in the Mandir Bhawan at B.C. Road for the last more than one year.
The Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust has continuously been providing morning/evening tea, free Langer Seva for the visiting yatris/devotees and also the needy persons. Sharma appreciated the move of the Trust for this noble cause.
Shastri, has despatched 19 batches for Ganga Darshan on its own expenses too and fro and today 20th batch of 50 yatris was despatched for Ganga Darshan through Sham Lal Sharma on the eve of “Amavasya Parav” falling tomorrow.
The bus carried these devotees of Ganga Maiya Ji to Haridwar and back to Jammu.
This function was attended by Ajay Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Jammu South, Gurdas Sharma, general secretary/treasurer, Raj Kumar Gupta, trustee, Sukhdev Sharma, working committee member, Ashwani Kumar Sharma, working committee member, Raj Kumar, General Manager, Balbir Singh, Field officer and the relatives of the visiting yatris who too were present on the occasion.
