DGP reviews operational readiness in Reasi, Ramban

JAMMU, Jan 28: Director General of Police (DGP), J&K, Nalin Prabhat, along with ADGP Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, and senior officers, conducted a comprehensive review of security arrangements in Reasi and Ramban districts today.
The visit aimed to assess the preparedness of security forces deployed in the region. During the visit, the DGP inspected several Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) to ensure that the forces are well-equipped and ready to tackle any security challenges.
The review is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security in the strategically important area. The DGP was briefed on the current security setup, challenges faced, and the countermeasures in place.
He also interacted with personnel from various security forces, emphasizing the need for better coordination and efficient use of resources.
The DGP also held discussions with members of the Special Operations Group (SOG) to review operational strategies and plan for future security operations.
