JAMMU: The Rashtriya Parshuram Parishad (RPP) J&K honored Senior BJP leader and MLA Sham Lal Sharma with a memento as a mark of blessings from Bhagwan Parshuram Ji and apprised him of the organization’s activities in Jammu and Kashmir.

During the event, RPP President Jeeva Nand Sharma, an IIT Bombay engineer and expert in Vedic science, briefed Sham Lal Sharma about the objectives, mandate, and ongoing initiatives of RPP in the region. He highlighted the RPP Mahashivir at Prayagraj, which has been a major spiritual gathering since the beginning of the Mahakumbh. He shared that millions of devotees have sought Bhagwan Parshuram Ji’s blessings, with special prayers being offered for peace, prosperity, and national well-being, alongside Brahm Bhoj rituals.
Pandit Sunil Bharala, a renowned senior BJP leader and founder of RPP, is leading efforts across the country to strengthen Sanatan Dharma. Sham Lal Sharma reaffirmed his commitment to the RPP’s vision, which is rooted in the theme of “Ek Rashtra, Ek Bharat.”
Pradesh Mantri RPP, Chandan Datta, sought Sham Lal Sharma’s support in promoting the welfare of all communities and furthering RPP’s objectives in the upcoming assembly session. He emphasized the need to inculcate Vedic science and culture among the youth and called for the establishment of Gurukul-style education in all districts. According to Datta, this initiative will help channelize the energy of J&K’s youth into nation-building activities and combat the growing drug menace in the region.
MLA Sham Lal Sharma expressed his full support for RPP’s mission, appreciating its inclusive approach that unites people irrespective of religion under the values of Sanatan Dharma. He reiterated that Bhagwan Parshuram Ji is a revered figure for all Hindus and lauded RPP’s dedication to preserving India’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
The event was attended by several distinguished members of RPP, including Rajiv Khajuria (recognized activist), Opinder Sharma (General Secretary, RPP), Pawan Sharma (Secretary, RPP), Sanjay Gupta, Rajesh Pradhan, Pawar Sharma (Senior Functionary, RPP), Rajinder Singh, Prabhanshu Joshi, Ramesh Chander Bali, Rohit Sharma, Lalit Sharma, and several other RPP members from Jammu and Kashmir.
This gathering marked a significant step towards strengthening Sanatan Dharma, promoting Vedic education, and ensuring social welfare in Jammu and Kashmir.
